Crosby Beach trip - Year 2

Class: 2HJ Year: 2018 - 2019

Year Two children enjoyed a visit to Crosby Beach to support our Beachcombers topic. 

We have been learning about the sculptor Anythony Gormley and the children got to see the 'Another Place' statues first hand. 

In Geography, we have been learning about the features of the seaside and enjoyed seeing the sand, driftwood, seaweed, shells, sand dunes and promenade to bring our learning to life.

A truly fantastic day, helped by the gorgous weather and the children were a credit to the school.
